By accessing and using TrekPeru, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

TrekPeru is a collaborative platform that allows users to register, share and organize trekking routes in Peru. The service includes route publishing, group management, comments and favorites.

To use some features of TrekPeru you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You may not use another person's email address or create an account on their behalf.

By posting routes, comments, images or other content on TrekPeru, you grant the platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce and display such content in the context of the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You may not post content that is illegal, offensive, misleading or that infringes third-party rights.

TrekPeru provides trekking route information for informational purposes only. Trekking involves inherent risks. You are responsible for evaluating your experience level, physical condition and taking appropriate safety precautions before undertaking any route.

TrekPeru is not responsible for accidents, injuries, losses or damages that may occur during trekking, regardless of the information provided on the platform.

The following is prohibited:

• Posting false or misleading route information.
• Harassing, intimidating, or threatening other users.
• Attempting unauthorized access to other systems or accounts.
• Using the platform for unauthorized commercial activities.
• Posting content that infringes copyright or intellectual property.

TrekPeru reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the service.

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lima, Peru.
